As a participant of the Independence High Falcon Swim Team Car Show event, I agree to hereby hold harmless Independence High School and Kern High School District volunteers, organizers, and participants of the event from any claims of loss and/or harm regarding same event. Only licensed drivers with registration and liability insurance may participate in same event. I agree to abide by all standards and rules set forth by judges and organizers of same event. Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during any and all of same event. Open headers and unnecessary tire spin, or any other reason and entrant or his vehicle, their appearance or conduct are deemed objectionable by event management, entrants and vehicle will be subject to eviction from premises. No loud personal music allowed. By signing below, I hereby agree to accept under reasonable conditions the final judgment award of prizes of the participating judges of same event. I understand and accept all rules and claim by my submission that all the above information is correct. By signing below, I understand that pre-registration is non-refundable; and if event is postponed, it shall be applied to the future event date.
Absolutely no tobacco products or alcoholic beverages allowed on school campus at any time.
